Before Booking an Appointment

Please review this page to ensure a smooth and successful meeting.

1. Have a Valid Government-Issued Photo ID: All signers must present a current and unexpired ID.

An Arizona ID must contain: Photo, Signature, and Physical Description (Height, Weight, Hair, and Eyes).

2. Accepted IDs
- Arizona Driver's License or Non-Operating ID
- U.S. Passport or Passport Card
- U.S. Military ID (with photo/description)
- Tribal Identification Cards

3. IDs NOT Accepted
- Social Security Cards
- Birth Certificates
- Credit Cards (even with photos)
- Student/School IDs
- Expired IDs

4. Bring the Entire Document: All pages of each document must be present. I cannot complete the signing with just signature pages. The documents must be complete with no blank spaces.

5. A Jurat (oath or affirmation) must be Unsigned:
Please let me know if you have already signed or dated your document(s). I must witness the signing of a Jurat in person.

6. All Signers and Witnesses are Present: Ensure all parties required to sign, including any necessary witnesses, are present and have their own valid photo IDs. I cannot provide witnesses.

7. Fees & Travel: Standard mobile appointments start at $40. This total includes the travel fee and your first notarial act. For a detailed breakdown of all costs, including additional signers and after-hours services, please visit our Fees page.

8. Payments & Invoicing:

We offer flexible, secure payment options for your convenience.

Mobile Payment: We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards via Chase Business Tap to Pay on-site.

Digital Invoicing: For advance payments, we can email a secure Chase Business invoice with a payment link.

Notes:
- All fees must be paid at the time of service.
- No additional service fees are charged for card payments.
