Your fees will vary based on the services that you request. Each section below lists the fees for each service.
Service Agreement & Mobile Policy
Appointment Confirmation: When you confirm your appointment via text or email, you agree to the quoted fees and policies on this website. An invoice will be emailed to you with the fees for your services and a secure payment link.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to the Travel Fee.
All fees are subject to a 40-mile round-trip driving distance for the notary. Additional distance will incur a state regulatory rate fee of $0.67 per mile.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted with no additional service fees.

Fees for General Notarizations
Notarial Services
$10 - General fee per notarial act (stamp).
$30 - Mobile service fee - includes travel up to 40 miles and identity and verification for up to two signers.
$10 - For each additional identity verification and journal entry beyond the first two.
There is an additional $50 fee for appointments at hospitals and hospice facilities due to increased wait times, security measures, and parking.
Non-Notarial Services
$25 - Independent witness for other notaries.
$50 - Form I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification. This does not require a stamp. I will verify your identification and sign as your Authorized Representative. Each additional I-9 Verification on the same trip is $20.

Fees for Estate Plan Signings
$90-$120 - A medium or core estate plan includes a Will, Durable Financial POA, and Healthcare Directive/Living will.
Your quoted fees will be based on your specific estate plan documents.
Notes:
1. Please make sure that all witnesses are available for each document to be notarized.
2. The fees assume the Testator and witness(es) provided by you.

Fees for Loan Signings
Loan Signing fees are negotiated with the contracting party. The fees should consider the number of pages, signatures, signers, distance, and scanbacks.
